Sophie Dear is a life coach, retreat leader, and yoga teacher who supports sensitive, self-critical women in letting go of burnout and reconnecting with their true selves. Based in London and now working globally, Sophie has built a loyal following by combining mindfulness, nervous system work, and mindset coaching into a truly transformative experience.
Sophie first came to Brandify back in 2019, when she was primarily known as a popular yoga teacher in London. As her work evolved and she transitioned more of her offerings online, Sophie was ready to reposition herself — not just as a yoga teacher, but as a life coach, retreat host, and the founder of a growing personal development brand.
Over the years, we’ve collaborated through multiple iterations of her business, each time refining her messaging, design, and digital presence to reflect where she was headed next.

We worked closely with Sophie to create a digital home that felt deeply personal, grounded in her values, and flexible enough to grow with her as she continued to expand into coaching, retreats, and group programs.
Our top priorities were:
✅ Building a coaching brand that feels human: We helped Sophie develop a brand identity that balances softness and strength — one that feels nurturing, but also powerful and inspiring. The brand needed to feel safe and supportive for her audience of highly sensitive women, while still positioning Sophie as a trusted expert.
✅ Designing a website that could evolve with her: As Sophie launched her online membership, retreats, and coaching containers, we designed a site structure that could expand as her offerings grew. We also made sure it was easy for her to update and manage on her own post-launch.
✅ Telling her story in a way that resonates: Sophie’s journey is one her audience deeply relates to — from burnout to healing. We helped her bring that story into her copy and visuals, creating an emotional connection that builds trust and drives conversions.
